Job description

At RoyalBlue Sports & Lifestyle Group, we run a fast-moving, high-ownership operation.

Our teams work with autonomy, trust, and a shared drive to make things better every day.

We are now looking for a proactive, organised Supply Chain Specialist who brings both structure and initiative into our end-to-end supply chain process.

This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, sees the bigger picture, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to keep everything flowing.

What You’ll Do:

You will be the connecting link between suppliers, internal teams, logistics partners and customers. Day-to-day, you work on both the operational flow and tactical improvements that increase reliability, efficiency, and future scalability.

Your responsibilities include:

Operational & Tactical Supply Chain Management

  • Managing the complete order flow: monitoring complex order processes, analysing forecasts, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries;

  • Planning and coordinating inbound goods, transport arrangements and warehouse activities;

  • Acting quickly on capacity and planning issues across the entire chain;

  • Identifying (potential) problems across customers, suppliers and orders — and mitigating them before they escalate;

  • Communicating opportunities and insights to commercial colleagues to support better decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

  • Spotting inefficiencies and working with the team to refine processes;

  • Supporting improvement initiatives across Payments, TMS, warehousing and overall stock management;

  • Contributing to projects (approx. 10–15% of your time) that help professionalise our supply chain organisation.

Team & Culture

  • Acting as a buddy for new employees and interns;

  • Monitoring onboarding progress and helping integrate new team members;

  • Raising signals about workload or capacity challenges to the divisional leadership team;

  • Collaborating closely with commercial, warehouse and operations teams — your accuracy and business understanding make you a trusted partner.

Who You Are:

You thrive in a dynamic environment where responsibility is shared, trust is essential, and every team member has visible impact. You like structure but also stay flexible. Most importantly, you think ahead, act fast, and enjoy shaping the way things run.

What We Offer:

  • A role with real impact, broad responsibility and room for ownership;

  • A dynamic and informal team that values trust, accountability and personal initiative;

  • The opportunity to shape and influence a growing, international supply chain operation;

  • Professional development opportunities as our organisation expands;

  • Competitive salary and benefits.

Job requirements

You bring:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience;

  • Full professional proficiency in English (Dutch or other languages are a plus);

  • A hands-on, decisive, proactive work style;

  • A can-do mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset;

  • Strong teamwork skills — you enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
