About the role

As an Accounts Payable Administrator in Leiden, you’ll turn numbers into stories of smooth operations, smart solutions, and seamless teamwork.

You are part of an ambitious and open-minded team, which is part of the Finance department.  You are responsible for all the Accounts Payable operations. You report to the Manager Treasury Operations.  

Join us as our new Accounts Payable Administrator!
You’ll be the one who keeps our payments running smoothly and our suppliers happy:

·         Process and track supplier invoices — fast, accurate, and always on time;

·         Spot and solve any invoice or payment issues before they cause a hiccup;

·         Keep vendor info up to date and handle questions with a friendly touch;

·         Check and process business credit card expenses so everything lines up with our guidelines;

·         Jump in to support month-end closings and keep our records sharp and organized.

Job requirements

This is you!
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
• You already have some experience in a similar role and are ready for the next step;
• You are fluent in English — and if you speak Dutch, that’s a big plus!
• You have a strong business mindset and thrive as a bridge between finance and the wider organization;
• You’re proactive, results-driven, and always see opportunities where others see challenges.
