If you’re excited about shaping the digital future of logistics and supply chain at West Coast Supply Group, we’d love to meet you.
Apply now, and let’s build the next step of our ERP journey together!

Job description

West Coast Supply Group is scaling fast — and our logistics engine is evolving with it. We’re rolling out a new ERP system (D365 F&O) to boost efficiency across our 30,000 m² warehouse in Drunen and our growing network of seven divisions and two offices.

To help drive this transformation, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can turn operational needs into smart, scalable solutions.

If you enjoy being close to the action — from the warehouse floor to strategic discussions — and know how to translate real processes into clear, usable requirements, this role is for you!

Your impact:

You’ll be the key link between our logistics teams, Group IT, and our ERP/WMS landscape. Working closely with our Drunen and Leiden warehouses, experts, and developers, you gather requirements, refine processes, and ensure smooth integrations between D365 F&O and our WMS.

You’ll also support the ERP rollout across five additional divisions — standardizing workflows, challenging inefficiencies, and ensuring we build what the business truly needs.
Strong project management skills will help you drive WMS and supply chain initiatives to successful delivery.

What you will do:

Requirements & Analysis

·         Work closely with warehouse key users to turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements;

·         Analyse end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes to spot opportunities for improvement and standardization;

·         Own and document all functional requirements for integrations between our WMS and D365 F&O.

ERP & WMS Enhancements

·         Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with internal and external development partners;

·         Document functional and integration needs clearly and completely;

·         Ensure consistency, quality, and test readiness of all deliverables;

·         Support the D365 F&O rollout across five new divisions and help align ways of working.

Project & Stakeholder Management

·         Lead small to mid-size initiatives and step in as PM for parts of the ERP rollout;

·         Run refinement sessions, support planning, and keep progress, budget, and timelines on track;

·         Drive adoption and change management throughout implementations;

·         Coordinate with third-party partners to validate and deliver change requests smoothly and on time.

Testing & Quality Assurance

·         Prepare and run test scripts, lead UAT sessions with business users, and secure clear sign-offs;

·         Ensure a structured, reliable, and high-quality testing process from start to finish.

Knowledge Building & Collaboration

·         Build strong relationships with warehouse and supply chain stakeholders;

·         Lead and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and user training;

·         Coach junior analysts and drive continuous improvement;

·         Challenge change requests to ensure they’re feasible and deliver real value
