Sales / Commercial internship

Are you a strategic thinker with a commercial heart? We are looking for a Commercial Intern to help us scale our brands across borders from our offices in Leiden.

The Role

This isn't a "cold calling" internship. You will be integrated into our International Trading and Account Management teams, learning how to position brands strategically in a competitive global market.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze international markets to identify where our challenger brands have the highest "right to win."

• Strategic Partnerships: Support our Account Managers in preparing pitches and business reviews for global distributors.

• Commercial Operations: Gain hands-on experience in the full trading cycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

• Portfolio Growth: Help manage a diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring they get the visibility they deserve in new territories.

Your Profile

• Analytical & Proactive: You enjoy diving into data to find opportunities, but you have the interpersonal skills to act on them.

• International Outlook: You are currently studying at a Dutch university and are comfortable navigating different cultures and languages.

• Commercial Mindset: You understand that "commercial" means creating value for both the company and the client.

• Organized: You can juggle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, "no-nonsense" environment.

Your profile

Available for a WORK internship of 5-6 months and 32-40 hours as from August/September 2026;

You are currently studying at a Dutch university and live within 30-45 minutes from Leiden or Hoofddorp;

Fluent in English and another language is a plus;

International experience is a plus;

You have a commercial attitude and entrepreneurial mind-set;

You have excellent interpersonal skills (confident, charismatic, positive and pro-active);

You are good at setting priorities and juggling many tasks;

You are a self starter and find it very challenging to work with targets.
