West Coast Supply Group in Leiden is looking for a Restaurant/Kitchen Assistant for lunch at its restaurant, The Admiral.

Our concept is open kitchen, healthy & fresh cooking.

The team consists of 2 cooks. You will support the cooks. You'll have the chance to learn more about cooking techniques, ordering, stock management, etc. in a swinging work environment.

This is what your day looks like. You:

  • are flexibly available from Mon-Fri (days and time can be discussed) between 9:00 and 17:00 with a maximum of 12 hours per week;

  • support the cooks with daily tasks;

  • follow the team's instructions for safety, health & safety, HACCP etc;

  • clean the working environment and kitchen equipment and assist with washing up;

  • ensure coffee corners are clean and restocked.




Job requirements

This is you:

  • You have an affinity for cooking, but experience is not required;

  • You are a real go-getter;

  • You are motivated and enthusiastic;

  • You are English and/or Dutch speaking.
