The Role

As an Regional Business Development Manager at UFBG, you will be the main point of contact for building and strengthening valuable customer relationships that drive our expansion in the region.
In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate closely with various teams, from marketing to supply chain, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed commercial objectives. You have the ability to translate market insights into effective strategies that create sustainable value for both our customers and our organization.

What Will You Do?
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships within the Nordic region.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support our growth objectives.
Market Analysis: Analyze market developments and identify commercial opportunities.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiation processes and close deals with a focus on win-win outcomes.
Collaboration: Work intensively with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Performance Analysis: Utilize CRM systems to monitor customer data, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Job requirements
What Do You Bring?
At least 3 years of proven experience in account management or a similar commercial role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
A completed bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Solid knowledge of market dynamics and customer behaviour within the Nordic region.
Independent, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve commercial success.
Fluent in English both spoken and written. Speaking a Nordic language at a professional level is a plus.
