The Role: Commercial Account Manager - Polish Speaking (FMCG)
Are you a results-driven commercial professional ready to take the next step in your career and drive tangible impact within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector? We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and strategic Business Development Manager to join our high-growth Challenger Brands Unit.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of innovative brands in the Personal and Home Care categories, spearheading their entry, expansion, and long-term footprint across Polish-speaking markets and the broader region. Act as a key commercial driver maintaining relationships with supermarket retailers, e-commerce platforms, and new business channels.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Commercial Execution
Take full responsibility for realizing defined targets in turnover and margin, making necessary strategic adjustments if targets are missed.
Identify new sales leads across Polish-speaking markets to open new retail accounts and expand distribution.
Monitor assortment diversification across accounts and translate market research into concrete commercial plans.
Develop strategic account plans to outline growth goals, identify key stakeholders, and secure brand retention.
Represent the company and brand portfolio at international trade fairs and industry events.
Relationship Management & Growth
Build deep, strategic relationships with supermarket retailers and e-commerce clients, aligning their long-term objectives with company offerings.
Strategically plan and conduct client visits to negotiate, align mutual objectives, and track growth metrics.
Handle client discussions and address conflicts diplomatically to find win-win solutions that preserve long-term partnerships.
Financial Control & Operations
Collaborate with clients to establish project and ongoing service budgets aligned with financial constraints.
Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accurate, timely billing and active follow-up on payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
People Management & Team Growth
Act as a buddy, mentor, and coach for interns and new team members to support seamless onboarding.

Job requirements
What You Bring to the Table
Languages: Fluency in English and Polish is strictly required (native/bilingual level preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Track Record: Proven ability to build, manage, and scale client relationships and retail accounts.
Skills: Strong analytical, data-driven, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Tools & Environment: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced international setting.
