Are you a results-driven professional ready to take the next step in your career and drive a tangible impact within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector? We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and strategic Account Manager to join our high-growth Challenger Brands Unit.

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of innovative brands in the Personal and Home Care categories, spearheading their entry and expansion across the Eastern European market.

In the Challenger Brands unit, we pride ourselves on our ability to scale emerging brands through our expertise in professional sales, strategic marketing, and efficient distribution. One of our standout success stories is The Pink Stuff, which highlights our capability to collaborate effectively with brand owners and maintain the strong partnerships that drive market growth.

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our relationships with supermarket retailers, e-commerce platforms, and new business channels. Your ability to navigate category dynamics and support smart promotional strategies will be invaluable as we work together to create impactful growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

People management

  • Buddy for interns and new employees

    Business Development

  • Full responsibility for the realization of defined targets in the area of turnover and margin and for making necessary adjustments if targets are not realized

  • Monitor the assortment diversification for the accounts

  • Identify new sales lead on the market to open new accounts

  • Translate market research into concrete commercial plans and actions

  • Develop strategic account plans to outline goals, identify key stakeholders, and establish strategies for growth and retention

  • Organization of fairs

    Relationship management

  • Develop deep, strategic relationships with clients, understanding their long-term objectives and aligning them with the company's offerings • Strategically plan and visit customers

  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored account plans that outline mutual objectives, strategies, and success metrics

  • Address conflicts or disputes with clients diplomatically, finding mutually beneficial solutions that preserve the relationship

    Finance

  • Collaborate with clients to establish budgets for projects or ongoing services, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and constraints • Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing for services rendered and following up on overdue payments as necessary to maintain healthy cash flow

Job requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.

  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful client relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Proficiency in  English and Polish  is required
